The contact form texts us from your phone
The form on our contact page does not send anything to a server of ours; we don't run one. Pressing “Send by text” opens your device's own messaging app with your name, phone number, and message pre-filled. Nothing leaves your device unless you hit send, and if you do, it reaches us as an ordinary text message to the studio phone. Most computers have no texting app, so from a computer we suggest email or an Instagram DM instead. Email goes through your own mail provider, and Instagram messages are handled by Instagram under Meta's privacy policy.
Booking and payment happen on Square
Appointments and payments are handled on Square's booking page, not on this site. The details you enter there (name, contact info, card) are collected and stored by Square under Square's privacy policy.
What we measure
We use Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads conversion tag. They count things like which pages are visited and when someone clicks a booking button, so we can tell whether the website and our ads are working. Google sets cookies in your browser to do this. We see counts, not names.
To opt out, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, adjust your Google ads settings, or block cookies in your browser. The site works fine either way.
This site does not use a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) pixel or any other advertising tracker.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and if you'd like anything corrected or deleted, just ask.
